Mike is our dedicated marketing professional with a strong background in advertising, business development, and brand management.
A Colorado Springs local, Mike graduated from Falcon High School before attending Western Colorado University, where he played ice hockey.
While in college, he joined the Colorado Army National Guard — serving for six years as a 13M HIMARS Operator.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing, he was deployed to the Middle East — there, he conducted artillery fire missions in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
Following his military service, Mike transitioned into the business world.
He began his career as a real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty Northern Colorado in Fort Collins.
He then took on the role of marketing manager for MotoAdventure (a Kawasaki and Beta dealership in Loveland), where he honed his expertise in brand promotion and customer engagement.
After five years in Northern Colorado, Mike returned to Colorado Springs and joined KOAA NBC Channel 5 as an Advertising Account Executive.
For nearly three years, he worked closely with local businesses to develop and manage TV and digital advertising campaigns — one of which was for Springs Law Group.
His work with our firm ignited a passion for helping law firms grow, recognizing the invaluable service they provide to those seeking justice.
In October 2024, Mike McCarthy officially joined Springs Law Group as our Marketing Coordinator.
In this role, he oversees the firm’s marketing efforts, ensuring the firm’s outreach efforts align with our goals.
By fine-tuning our marketing strategies, he helps keep Springs Law Group top of mind for those seeking legal guidance after an injury.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing video games and spending time outdoors.
He is an avid hockey player, golfer, skier/snowboarder, scuba diver, and car enthusiast.
